Assembly Responsibilities:

- Assemble and test basic forms of electronic control products

- Package, label and prepare finished goods for shipment or stock

- Utilize assembly drawings and job tickets to manufacture quality products

- Use job tickets and assembly drawings build basic forms of electronic control products

- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly

- Correctly record number of products tested or built on job tickets

- Utilize the ERP system to input job ticket data

- Run laminators, steel rule die, hole punch, power cutter, laser, and knife cutter

Requirements for Assembly:

- Good eye for small, detailed inspection

- Self-motivated, ambitious and energetic

- Production and manufacturing experience is a plus

- Able to be flexible to meet changing requirements

- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Able to use a ruler and caliper and read and interpret gauges

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good mechanical, math and reading abilities
