IT Desktop SupportLocation: Tolleson, AZ 85353 (Fully Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime and on call as needed.The Field Service Technician – IT provides hands-on technical support for end users at the Tolleson, Arizona site. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues in a fast-paced, production environment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, and conference room equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesPerform Active Directory administration tasksSupport Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environmentsProvide limited support for corporate mobile devicesTroubleshoot Cisco VPN and Citrix issuesProvide remote support using tools such as LogMeInPerform device imaging and deployment (USB/PXE)Maintain asset inventory and documentationSupport printer and IP telephony systemsCoordinate hardware ordering and deploymentManage and update tickets in ServiceNowAssist with IT projects and Smart Hands supportRequired EducationAssociate's Degree in IT or relevant field.Required Qualifications1+ year hardware support experience1+ year in?person, customer?facing IT supportStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceManage incoming requests through ticketing system among teamExperience using ServiceNow to manage assigned ticketsPreferred CertificationsCompTIA ITF+CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+CompTIA Server+CompTIA Cloud+CompTIA Mobility+Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move equipment up to 40 poundsPerformance ExpectationsDeliver excellent customer serviceAdhere to all service management principles, processes, and guidelinesInteract professionally with customers, peers, managers, and SMEsTake ownership of follow-ups and communicate progress consistentlyDemonstrate strong communication, technical knowledge, organization, and multitasking skills.Provide timely and effective resolution/fulfillment of requestsAt TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
