You will lead Total Rewards, HR Operations, analytics, and immigration/compliance, embedding AI and LLMs to empower managers and employees to self-serve. You will drive global compensation philosophy, job architecture, equity programs, and benefits; own benefits in a self-insured environment; and ensure data integrity across Workday and HRIS workflows.
