We are looking for a friendly and organized Telemarketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is detail‑oriented, and is comfortable with both administrative and outbound call tasks. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing them to our insurance options. Engage in friendly, informative conversations to identify potential customer needs. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries. Assist with administrative tasks and office projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a telemarketing or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
