Regional Sales Manager

Territory: Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania & West Virginia Life Extension is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive wholesale business growth throughout an assigned territory. This role is responsible for expanding and strengthening Life Extension's presence across retail, practitioner/prescriber, and e-commerce channels through strategic account management, business development, and consultative sales support. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused sales professional with experience in the nutraceutical, supplement, or health and wellness industry who enjoys developing partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer support. As a key representative of the Life Extension brand, you will work closely with wholesale partners to drive sales performance through product education, marketing initiatives, and strategic business planning. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of field sales and account management experience within the nutraceutical industry. Experience working with vitamin, supplement, health food, or natural products retailers is highly preferred. Proven ability to grow existing accounts while successfully developing new business opportunities. Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Solid understanding of dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and industry trends. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and effectively oversee a multi-state territory. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Valid driver's license required. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, averaging four or more days per week in the field.
