Part Time Client Coordinator & Admin at Sculpture Body Center Job Description Sculpture Body Center is a premier medical spa dedicated to enhancing our clients' wellness and appearance through advanced treatments and personalized care. We are seeking a friendly and organized Part Time Client Coordinator & Admin to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Specifically, we are looking for someone to work Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Up to 30 hours per week). Responsibilities Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Process client checkouts, schedule appointments, and manage bookings. Learn about our services and educate clients on available treatments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Prepare treatment rooms for services and assist with light cleaning. Handle light laundry duties as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and client inquiries. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Experience in healthcare reception—preferably in dental, beauty, or medical settings—strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced spa environment. Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor. Willingness to learn about medical spa treatments and confidently educate clients. Basic computer skills for scheduling, record keeping, and client management systems. Comfortable assisting practitioners with service recommendations and supporting retail product sales.
