Bilingual Human Resources / Recruiting Coordinator

A growing multi-location company is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources / Recruiting Coordinator to join its team. This position will provide administrative and recruiting support to the Human Resources department and assist with hiring, employee records, compliance, and HR operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and hiring efforts for multiple locations
• Source, screen, and communicate with job applicants
• Assist managers with identifying staffing needs and developing recruiting strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records
• Ensure HR records are maintained in accordance with applicable regulations
• Compile reports using employee and personnel databases
• Review and update Human Resources Information System (HRIS) records
• Assist with implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Communicate relevant HR information to employees and job applicants
• Develop hiring strategies based on the needs of individual locations
• Create and maintain organizational charts for company locations and departments
• Review, update, and maintain new-hire paperwork and onboarding packages
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire orientation
• Support general HR administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources experience required
• 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• General knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Associate degree preferred

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
• Work Location: In person
• Location: Houston, Texas
• Salary Range: $35,000–$45,000 per year
