Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements.Job Function:Saddle Creek Logistics Associate Trainers are responsible for providing new associates with high quality, professional, consistent, and documented training while acting as a liaison between department management and new associates. Training Associate are responsible for working with department supervision in order to properly administer and document training for all new associates. Training Associate will participate in Saddle Creek operations while training and providing direction to assigned personnel.Role Expectations:Provide training on processes and procedures for associates who are new to the company or departmentDevelop a standardized Training Calendar for new associates that meets approval from supervisor and managerIdentify any deficiencies in current training processes and report findings to supervisorEnsure that training SOP documents are complete and updatedMaintain associate training files for each associateProvide Supervisor with honest and objective recommendations and feedbackProvide Supervisor with training updates at regular intervalsIn association with supervisor, conduct forklift skills testing during interviewsPerform periodic spot checks on associates once they are outside of one-on-one training window, document and report to supervisorShare observations with associates and provide feedback and suggestions for improvementFollow up on previous recommendations with both supervisors and associatesTrainer will give supervisors continuous recommendations/updates on the associates' overall progressSaddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer, as required by law.
