Job Description: Perform technical execution, risk management, and requirements management for new product development. Analyze customer flow-down requirements, assess feasibility, and develop technical solutions including test strategy, architecture, design, and development. Develop system documents such as system-level requirements, Interface Control Document, Hardware Requirements Specification, PBA Design Specification, Software Test Plan and Procedures (DO-178 compliant), Hardware Verification Test Plan and Procedures (DO-254 compliant), and certification documents. Design and develop test cases/scripts and conduct testing. Create test cases/scripts for Complex Electronic Hardware Requirements Verification to meet DO-254 certification and perform testing. Develop and maintain covariance analysis tests for Performance Verification, Kalman Filter measurement design, and software development support. Maintain automated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation test framework. Maintain automated Desktop Simulation (DTS) and Monte Carlo test frameworks. Monitor development schedules and update from a Systems Engineering perspective. Manage internal and external stakeholders and their needs. Estimate system development efforts, define technical baseline, and support proposals with risk, opportunity, conditions, and assumptions. Identify and implement cost, schedule, and technical efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, 10+ years relevant experience.
