**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Certifications: BLS - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. - Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - For RNFA/CSFA positions only, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required. - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. - Locals accepted at same BR. - PBDS Assessment is waived. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - Facility does not accept any license hits. **Additional Requirements:** - All RTO to be discussed during the interview and must be included at the time of submission. - Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System. - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Effective 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine-free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. - Important - BCI/FBI prints are time sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Facility has a strict do-not-call policy. - PAPRs will not be considered alternatives for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved medical or religious exemption. - Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. **Extensions:** - Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. - The client may choose to defer the required 6-month break on a case-by-case basis. **Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement:** - Travel Candidates who are nurses who remain on a continuous contract with Client for a minimum of 1 year, or who return on a contract in the subsequent calendar year, are required to complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency if they attended Cleveland Clinic Nursing Agency Orientation during the prior calendar year. - Travel Candidates who do not complete this requirement will be considered non-compliant and removed from the schedule until the Hands-on Competency is completed.
