Ecolab is seeking an HR Manager I to support our Greensboro, NC site and will have responsibility for over 375 associates and leaders. This role will also have leadership responsibility for an HR Partner supporting the High Point and Asheville sites. As an HR Manager I, you will be a trusted advisor to people leaders and a catalyst for high-performing teams. You will bring practical HR expertise, sound judgment, and data-driven insight to the moments that matter—helping managers coach, develop, engage, and retain talent while creating a consistent, positive employee experience. Working closely with Centers of Excellence, Strategic HR Partners, Shared Services, and business leaders, you will translate enterprise people priorities into local impact and help shape a culture where associates can grow, contribute, and do their best work. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
