Branch Manager Wilmington, NC United States | req29521 1st shift What you will enjoy doing* You will coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety‑focused work environment You will play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer‑centered service Provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution Further, you will manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives What Makes You Great High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred You will have more than two (2+) years of retail sales experience, along with 2+ years of management experience, bringing a strong foundation in customer engagement and team leadership A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol‑related driving convictions within the past ten (10) years is required You are able to lift 50lbs Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
