Responsibilities include: Infection prevention and infection control oversight Clinical audits and follow-through Survey readiness Vaccination tracking for staff and residents Care plan review Pharmacy coordination Narcotics oversight Supporting and supervising unit managers Helping maintain clinical standards across the facility Communicating with residents, families, and internal leadership Keeping the building organized, compliant, and ready What we are looking for We are looking for an RN with skilled nursing experience and infection prevention / infection control experience.
