What Your Success Looks Like: This is a career driven by relationships, where your success is determined by the effort you put into growing your business. Your responsibilities are

• Learn and confidently present features, technology, and benefits of our vehicles
• Build relationships both in person and through calls, texts, email, and online inquiries
• Leverage social media and other platforms to self-market
• Lead customers through the entire purchase process from first contact to delivery
• Counsel and ask thoughtful questions to understand customer's wants, needs, lifestyles, and budgets prior to recommending the right vehicle
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up
• Work consistently with finance and management teams to help customers find best purchasing solutions

Who We're Looking to Add to Our Team: This position is best suited for are highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial minded, and eager to build a career in a performance driven environment. You must have the following

• Be 21+ with a Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record
• Pass a required pre-employment drug screening
• Confident starting conversations with new people
• Resilient when facing rejection
• Have Customer Service and/or sales experience
• Great communication and active listening skills
• Strong personal discipline and accountability
