Senior Vice President - Transportation Broker As a Transportation Wholesale Producer/Broker, you will earn equity based on the office or region you establish. This is a rare, sought‑after opportunity to build a Transportation practice for one of the fastest growing wholesale brokers in the US who have achieved significant income growth. Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr On offer Strong base salary and compensation package, plus equity deal with timescales attached (to be discussed) Access to a leading excess casualty product that no one in America has Opportunity to work remotely and help build out a new office/region, with a product that can be used as a “wedge” to win other business About you Experience focused on Excess Liability, Excess Casualty and Umbrella as a Transportation Broker Deep relationships with major excess carriers (Gemini, Starstone, RSUI, C&F, etc.) Ability to start and lead an office wherever located, with strong broker/agency connections Background in Transportation wholesale broking, with possible expertise in Energy, Oil & Gas, Heavy Casualty Enjoys collaboration and can cross‑sell lighter transportation risks (APD / MTC / Cargo Stock Throughput etc.) Current book or production network not required; open to experienced Account Executives building for themselves Interested in New York, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Washington, or the Carolinas First steps Simply apply with your resume or contact Drew Crawford at IDEX.
