Part Time - Medical Receptionist

We are a small office, so only serious inquiries please. Hours are set as mentioned below. No additional benefits are offered. Inquiries only via zip recruiter or via email, not in person or via phone accepted.
Hours: 24.5 hours /week
Tuesday 7:30-4:30; Wednesday: 8:30-6:00; Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm - one hour unpaid lunch each day from 12:40-1:40
Duties:
Greet and check in patients ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, utilizing medical scheduling systems
Collect patient payments
Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism
Maintain patient records and update as needed
Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning
Experience:
Previous medical office experience is recommended, but not required
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and ability to multitask
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
