To support a qualitative market research firm specializing in healthcare, the temp-to-perm Project Manager - Marketing Research will manage all phases of market research projects remotely, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met while coordinating logistics and communication between teams and clients. Key responsibilities: Manage all phases of market research projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual interviews, including scheduling and distribution of necessary materials Communicate with partner agencies to confirm respondent quality and fit, and send weekly status reports to stakeholders Required qualifications: 3-5 years of experience managing market research or related client projects Strong understanding of market research processes, especially qualitative methodologies Experience working with recruitment vendors and screening criteria Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
