Senior Marketing Project Manager

Driving the execution of marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Project Manager will manage the planning and coordination of events, product launches, and campaign optimization in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of virtual events and product launches, ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination and communication Manage the lifecycle of all marketing projects and campaigns using Asana, maintaining timelines and tracking project statuses Coordinate with creative teams on asset production and ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and meet project requirements Required Qualifications: 5-10+ years of experience in a Marketing Project Manager or similar role within an internal marketing team or agency Strong understanding of marketing tactics and KPIs, with experience in cross-channel project management Proficient in Asana for project management and workflow organization Proven experience in managing events and product launches, particularly in a virtual setting Excellent relationship-building skills and experience presenting to senior leadership
