Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).Your Future TeamThe Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Project Manager is responsible for driving execution across Hightower's marketing organization through disciplined project management, operational leadership, and strategic integration planning. This role oversees marketing workflow management, including website project prioritization, vendor onboarding processes, ticket management, SLA tracking, and operational reporting. This role serves as a central hub connecting marketing, newly onboarding advisor teams, M&A, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, efficiently, and at scale.A key responsibility of this role is leading the marketing integration of newly acquired advisor teams joining Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, accelerating adoption of marketing capabilities, and project managing rebranding and website and social platform migrations.What You’ll DoOwn the planning and prioritization of website projects and vendor onboarding for existing teams resulting from acquisitions.
