- eigenverantwortlich Rechnungen unserer Dienstleister auf Vollstndigkeit und Sachlichkeit prfst und dem Zahllauf zufhrst.
- Vorgnge gegenber Kunden und Versicherern zur Abrechnung bringst und etwaige Regulierungskrzungen der Versicherer auf vertraglich-rechtliche Grundlagen prfst und die notwendigen weiteren Arbeitsschritte vornimmst.
- in Deiner Position bei komplexen Abrechnungsfllen Klarheit und Transparenz schaffst und bei Bedarf mit Mandanten, Dienstleistern und Versicherung Lsungsanstze erarbeitest und eigenstndig, professionell und fallabschlieend kommunizierst.
- die Informationsschnittstelle und Bindeglied zwischen unseren Mandanten den Dienstleistern und Versicherern bist.
- unsere Qualittsstandards und Prozesse durch ein hohes Ma an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sicherstellst.
- bereits ber Erfahrung verfgst bzw. Dich aktiv mit den Themen AI, KI und Digitalisierung in Bezug auf Abrechnungsprozesse auseinandergesetzt hast und diese zukunftsweisend bei uns mitgestalten mchtest.

- hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich KFZ-Versicherung/Schadenbearbeitung, Fuhrparkmanagement, Brokaufmann/Kaufmann fr Bromanagement, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- konntest bereits gute Erfahrungen im Rechnungswesen, Automobilgeschft, Fuhrparkmanagement, Buchhaltung oder KFZ-Versicherung sammeln.
- bist aufgeschlossen und beweist Feingefhl und Empathie im Umgang mit Mandanten und Dienstleistern.
- verfgst ber sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprgte Team- und Kundenorientierung.
- zeichnest dich durch einen eigenverantwortlichen, grndlichen Arbeitsstil und Durchsetzungsvermgen aus.
- bist gebt im Umgang mit den gngigen MS-Office Anwendungen.
- bringst einen professionellen Ausdruck in der mndlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation mit.
