Job Duties

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and construct personalized therapy strategies to support the attainment of their personal goals.

• Collaborate with Diverse Health Professionals: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure an all-encompassing approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide vital information on therapy practices to foster ongoing progress outside the clinical environment.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Outcomes: Monitor clinical development and adapt therapies as necessary to keep patients on track towards their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or professional certifications encouraged and endorsed

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
