Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Order Processing: Accurately enter, process, and track high volumes of customer orders from initial intake through final delivery.
• Customer Account Care: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, inventory availability, shipping updates, and returns.
• ERP System Navigation: Utilize enterprise software ( SAP, AS400, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar ERPs ) to maintain accurate customer files, update inventory counts, and issue invoices.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to troubleshoot shipment delays or inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Issue Resolution: Handle billing queries, order modifications, and credit memos with empathy and professionalism.
