Customer Service and Sales Specialist

We’re looking for an outgoing, personable, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping a business grow. You will be a primary point of contact for new and existing customers, handling incoming orders and quote requests while also helping generate new business through phone and email outreach. You will work closely with our design and production teams to see projects through from the initial inquiry to completion. Since we are a small team, we are looking for someone who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed, including occasional production and installation support. No previous sign industry experience is required! Key Responsibilities Respond to new customer inquiries, orders, and estimate requests by phone and email. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare and follow up on estimates and help turn opportunities into sales. Conduct proactive phone and email outreach to generate new business across the industries we serve. Research prospective customers and develop new relationships. Work with the design and production teams to ensure projects are communicated clearly and completed accurately and on time. Keep customers informed throughout the project and help resolve issues when they arise. Look for opportunities to generate repeat and additional business from existing customers. Assist with production, installations, deliveries, or other shop needs when necessary. Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a similar customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
