Program Manager

We are seeking a CPQ Program Manager to join our team in San Jose, California or Boston, Massachusetts. This is a hybrid role The CPQ Program Manager will serve as the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and IT. This role is responsible for leading the functional design and roadmap that enables New Product Introduction (NPI) and complex Quote to Cash strategies across our Go-To-Market systems, including Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, and SAP ERP Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit Consults with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned areas Develops overall sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs Identifies and evaluates new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value Creates plans for integration and update into sales operations architecture Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, sales partners and customers Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence Benefits Subsidized health insurance, retirement programs and paid time off, including an industry-leading maternity and paternity leave package A hybrid, flexible work model that ensures connectivity, a commitment to our culture and continued impact for team members The chance to earn an annual bonus based on performance Recognition for your contributions, and potential participation in long-term incentives like annual equity awards Opportunities for personal and professional development to help you reach your career goals Qualifications Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to order management and installed base management Experience with EDI and business applications integration tools is a plus 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions Understanding of Project management principles and concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts Comfortable with SaaS productivity tools such as GSuite, JIRA, SmartSheet, Visio, Slack, etc Extensive knowledge of business applications to support quote-to-invoice processes - Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ and SAP ERP BA/BS with emphasis in a related field (Information Systems Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science) Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions Mastery in English and local language History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
