Customer Service & Logistics Assistant / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Waltham MA Fully on-site

My clients North American operations run through its Waltham facility and this role keeps product moving: received stored across temperature-controlled environments and shipped to customers.

What Youll Be Doing

Receive and store materials at ambient 4C -20C and -80C
Assemble kits and pack shipments from dry-ice boxes to 200kg pallets
Run put-away inventory counts and expiration tracking
Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and coordinate with couriers and suppliers
Process orders in NetSuite and Salesforce and support customers on shipping returns and exchanges

About You

Be able to do the job as described.
Cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage experience
Comfortable moving palletized freight with powered lifters
Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
Bonus: Incoterms import/export declarations and tariff codes

US work authorization required.
