Job Summary : The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, organizing, and coordinating outgoing shipments to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. This role supports daily production operations by verifying completed jobs, preparing shipping documentation, loading materials, and coordinating with carriers to maintain efficient shipping processes.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare finished products for shipment according to customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Verify job quantities, labels, addresses, and shipping information for accuracy.
• Package, palletize, wrap, and stage finished goods for pickup and delivery.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, manifests, and carrier paperwork.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure completed jobs are ready for shipment.
• Track shipments and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain an organized shipping area and ensure materials are stored safely.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Support other warehouse and production activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and verify shipping documents and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, move, and stack materials as required.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.

Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour
