Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in neurology care, demonstrating proficiency in the NIH stroke scale and a wide range of neurological diagnoses.Key ResponsibilitiesFloat between Neuro units as required.Provide high-quality patient care and monitor neurological conditions.Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5.Participate in required weekend shifts, rotating every other weekend.Essential QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license.Previous experience in a neurology unit is highly recommended.Proficient in utilizing the NIH scale for patient assessments.Ability to care for a variety of neurological diagnoses.Work ScheduleThis position requires three 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. No block schedules are authorized.Hospital HighlightsType of Facility: Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.Total Staffed Beds: 629.Teaching hospital environment.Charting System: Epic.Parking: No Fee.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care in a progressive neuro telemetry unit.
