Senior Compensation Analyst

Senior Compensation Analyst position within the Total Rewards team, responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies globally. The role involves market analysis, program management, and strategic consulting to support talent acquisition and retention across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards solutions aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation trends to inform strategic decisions
- Manage annual compensation cycle and salary administration programs
- Provide strategic compensation consulting across all organizational levels
- Support benefit program design, M&A integrations, and system implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related compensation or human resources experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, modeling, and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday
- Project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Consulting and relationship-building skills across organizational levels
- Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory requirements
Compensation: $110,000–$154,700 base
