The role collaborates with MGCs and Center Dyads to retain membership and resolve issues, with emphasis on Medicaid enrollment, benefits optimization, and timely follow-up. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience, strong customer service, Medicare knowledge, and Salesforce skills.
