Senior Marketing Project Specialist Duration: 2 Months possible extension Location: Framingham, MA 01701 (Hybrid - onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays) Schedule: 30 hours/week Pay: $45–52/hr. Responsibilities Manage complex seasonal marketing campaigns and creative initiatives from planning through execution. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate communication and feedback across internal teams, leadership, agencies, and external partners. Lead project meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track. Review and QA creative content throughout the approval process to ensure quality and consistency. Oversee projects spanning print, digital, social media, e-commerce, and video production. Qualifications 5+ years of project management, marketing, traffic, or creative operations experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project, Workgroups, Smartpath, or similar platforms preferred.
