About the Role:
Marvelous Plumbing is looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Orange County, CA! In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building lasting relationships that fuel our company's success. If you're a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Generate and qualify leads to grow the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Present and promote plumbing services to potential clients and key decision-makers
• Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress using CRM software
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software preferred
• Knowledge of the plumbing, trades, or home services industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
