Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by providing administrative assistance, greeting visitors, answering phones, processing mail, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel. Place callers on hold, transfer calls, and accurately take and relay messages. Welcome visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate team members. Receive, sort, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail. Prepare and process outgoing mail, including applying proper postage and maintaining the postage meter. Perform general clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, graphs, and presentations using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Assist with administrative projects and provide clerical support to multiple departments as needed. Maintain organized records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately. Keep the office and work area clean, organized, and in compliance with company safety policies. Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Qualifications Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment. Why Join Us?
