Job Description
Smaller community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Chief Nursing Officer! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!
\n \nAs the clinical leader collaborate with CEO and Human Resources leader to tackle problems and enhance both the employee and patient experience.
\n- \n
- Resolve staffing ratios and work with the senior nursing staff to improve the quality of care. \n
- Engage with your regional leaders on staffing initiatives, including leading educational programs for new graduates and re-entry nurses. \n
- Fiscal responsibility to ensure that budgets are met and that costs are controlled within the hospital. \n
- Aim to create a supportive and engaging culture for employees. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Masters preferred \n
- 3+ years recent Nursing Management/Supervision experience with responsibilities include such as 24-hour accountability, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight, and conducting disciplinary action. \n
- BLS required. \n
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire \n
