Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Manager for the Orlando location to join our stone distribution operation in Orlando (32812). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing stronger relationships with existing and new clients. Qualifications Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the stone or building materials industry Previous experience managing a sales team and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Key Responsibilities Manage existing customers to achieve sales targets and objectives Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide input on new products and services Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management Base salary starting at 50k depending on experience, plus commission on sales Job Type Full Time 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00–17:00 and every other Saturday 9:00–14:00 Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) #J-18808-Ljbffr
