CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Provides essential in-client care and support as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Acts as a vital link between patients and healthcare staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition accurately.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding patient needs and responses.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support medication administration and other bedside procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, COVID-19 safety requirements, and residents' dignity.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CNA in the state.
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance.
• Ability to work every other weekend and flexible hours as required.
• Demonstrated understanding of infection control and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
