Responsibilities * Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children * Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you * Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space * Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community * Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge * Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth Qualifications * Strong classroom management and communication skills * Passion for nurturing and educating young children * No prior experience required; training will be provided Salary Range: $18 to $25 BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM Ready to Make a Difference?
