By thoughtfully engineering performance, convenience, and design into every product, Midea delivers on the promise of every appliance to make your life a little easier Job Summary: The Sr. IT Supply Chain/Logistics Operation Manager leads IT operations, continuous improvement, and roadmap execution for supply chain and logistics systems, with emphasis on EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, integrations, data-driven performance improvement, and reliable business support. Key Responsibilities Manage daily IT operations for supply chain/logistics applications and integrations, including EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, and related systems. Use data, KPIs, dashboards, and automation to improve service quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce maintenance tickets and production issues. Strong attention to details Partner with business, vendor, and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational challenges. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 IT professionals. Define and maintain the supply chain/logistics IT strategic roadmap, balancing stability, scalability, cost, and business value. Ensure adherence to IT controls, change management, security, documentation, and audit requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT operations, application management, systems integration, or supply chain/logistics technology. Experience with EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, ERP, order management, or related enterprise systems. Proven ability to use data-driven methods to improve reliability, reduce incidents, and increase process efficiency. Strong experience in root cause analysis, incident/problem management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication. Experience managing technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms. Knowledge of APIs, middleware, EDI standards, message queues, file-based integrations, and monitoring tools. ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, CSCP, CPIM, or related certifications preferred. Success Measures Reduced recurring tickets, incidents, and resolution cycle time. Improved integration reliability, system uptime, and operational visibility.
