The Asset Protection Technologies team is responsible for managing and supporting technology projects and operations for key infrastructure solutions supporting our internal Asset Protection business partners globally.

A Day in the Life

The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively to support team members and vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully, as well as cross-functionally with other SSC teams to ensure projects are monitored and delivered on time.

The Project Coordinator will also maintain a record keeping system for all documentation in accordance with lululemons Project Management Procedures, including creation and maintenance of procedural documentation.

Day-to-day activities include:

• Use various tools such as Confluence, Jira and SmartSheet to document and track project activities, requirements, process flows, etc.
• Facilitate meetings and provide action items, decisions and notes
• Participate in and/or drive initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for assigned projects
• Triage and track Asset Protection technology support issues and improvement initiatives
• Facilitate joint root cause analysis meetings, document results and assist with driving improvements
• Collaborate with other lululemon teams and vendor project managers to effectively and accurately communicate relevant project status updates to the client and project team
• Assist in the creation and management of project and operations key performance metrics and service level agreements and associated reporting
• Define and/or document requirements for new or modified ServiceNow forms and workflows, submitting intake tickets for such, engaging with the technical team for clarifications and status and assisting with testing
• Contribute to the improvement of Asset Protection support processes, knowledgebase resources and implementation of new standards.
