Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health.

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to. For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.

Required Skills/Experience: - Ventilator skills. - Must have experience with a strong level 2 nursery; need to be competent to care for bubble CPAP, 32 weeks and up. - Must have NICU experience.

Required Credentials: - Either RRT or CRT accepted.

Special Requests: - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: - Mostly adults; a few pediatrics through the ED. - Inpatient coverage. - Draw ABGs, set up BiPAP and ventilators, provide nebulizer treatments, and standby for conscious sedation and cardioversion. - RTs do not perform EKGs. - Assist with intubation. - Lead therapist on staff every shift. - Equipment includes PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis. - Hospitalist or intensivist in house 24/7.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend requirement. - One holiday required. - No call.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification RRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
