This role places you at the heart of project delivery, where you'll balance technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with quality standards. You'll manage everything from secure facility construction and ICD-705 compliant upgrades to light manufacturing, machining, and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution across all phases. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, giving you the platform to grow your technical and leadership capabilities while making a tangible impact on high-profile projects.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while serving as the primary client contact throughout deliveryCoordinate cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless communicationOversee building infrastructure, space buildout, and secure facility construction projects, including ICD-705 compliant upgrades and new secure facility buildouts, maintaining strict operational security protocolsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget tracking systems, and risk logs to proactively identify and address potential issuesReview and process contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvalsConduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality control standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulationsFacilitate project meetings including design reviews, construction coordination sessions, and client status updates to keep all stakeholders informedPrepare comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports that provide clear visibility into project health and milestonesMaintain organized project files including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and closeout documentation for audit readiness and knowledge transferRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field5+ years of project management or construction management experience managing light manufacturing, machining, and infrastructure projectsDemonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents with accuracySolid understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building codesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and senior leadershipDetail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAvailability for full-time on-site presence as required by project needs.US citizenship is required for this position due to government contract requirementsValid driver licensePreferred qualifications:Experience supporting secure facility projects or government construction programsActive security clearance or ability to obtain clearance for defense industry clientsFamiliarity with secure facility construction practices, security protocols, and OPSEC requirementsKnowledge of ICD-705 standards and classified project delivery methodologiesProfessional certification such as PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditationThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
