Patient Access Representative / Check-in Desk
Join our healthcare team as a Patient Access Representative / Check-in, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients as they begin their visit. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and support our commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details upon arrival
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance and personal data
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
- Manage patient check-in processes efficiently using electronic health record systems
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow
- Address patient inquiries and provide guidance on clinic procedures

Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
