1st Shift Essential Functions
Punctuality and attendance is crucial to meet daily production goals. Help prepare and cook food scheduled for production. Prepare and check ingredients, to be used, before placing them in the kettle for cooking. Recheck food and sauces from kettle before placing into gondolas. Notify QC to check batch before distribution. Store food products not used in their designated area and maintain a clean work area. Fill out paperwork and take temperatures. Assist in other areas as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements/Skills
Able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor. Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized. Excellent communication skills. Display strong leadership abilities. Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details. Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures.
Experience
Working in a high-volume kitchen operation Food manufacturing a plus.
Seniority
