Job Title: Refrigeration Technician Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for handling service calls from commercial refrigeration customers, addressing HVAC and refrigeration-related issues. This role involves driving to various customer sites, engaging with customers, and performing necessary repairs.

• Respond to and manage service calls from commercial refrigeration customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and racking systems.
• Perform repairs on a variety of refrigeration equipment, including ice machines and chillers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain and manage the company vehicle and tools to ensure readiness for service calls.

• 4+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC refrigeration systems.
• EPA Universal Certification and refrigeration certifications.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ownership of basic hand tools and HVAC tools.

• Ammonia Certification.
• Michigan Mechanical License.

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, MI.

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $104000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Troy,MI.
