What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is both knowledgeable and customer-focused. To thrive in this role, you should have:

At least 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry or a related customer service role.
A strong understanding of cannabis products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, and more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A commitment to adhering to all compliance and safety regulations.
5 years clean driving history.
