Maintenance Technician

This range is provided by RPC Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Start work next week! Must be proficient in English and possess a High School Diploma. Responsibilities You will perform basic maintenance tasks: Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and cleaning work areas. Assist with construction, landscaping, or other physical labor projects as needed. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks. Experience Carpentry: Skilled in repairing and constructing wooden structures, including doors, windows, and furniture. Plumbing: Capable of performing minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. Electrical Work: Basic understanding of electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures, resetting breakers, and handling minor wiring tasks. HVAC Maintenance: Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for routine maintenance and minor repairs. General Repairs: Proficient in maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and lock replacement. Preventative Maintenance: Experienced in conducting regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the safe and effective use of various hand and power tools. Safety Practices: Well-versed in safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
