Physical Therapist | Outpatient

Location and Schedule Therapy Center – Aberdeen, USA. Regular work shift: primarily days with rotating weekends and holidays. Pay Range $35.50 – $53.75 per hour, based on experience. Position Highlights May be eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Student Loan Repayment Program: up to $10,000, $167 extra payment per month. Job Overview Responsible for daily coordination and delivery of physical therapy services, implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients and patient groups according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and established objectives. Responsibilities Evaluate assigned patients, gathering data from records, interviews, observation, and team members. Develop and implement individualized treatment programs. Use selected activities and tasks to promote and maintain health, achieve treatment goals, and establish and modify interventions based on ongoing evaluation. Provide direct therapy services in various functional settings, coordinating with rehabilitation, medical, and nursing care plans. Prepare documentation such as evaluation results, treatment plans, progress notes, and related reports. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other team members regarding status, progress, and needs. Establish rapport and work cooperatively with interdisciplinary team members. Participate in educational programs, literature reviews, in‑service meetings, and workshops for professional growth. Essential Qualifications Must be able to work the specified hours. Must have visual acuity adequate for job duties. Must communicate effectively, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience Physical Therapist with an active state license. Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience 1–3 years experience as a licensed physical therapist.
