Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience to support our Unemployment Insurance (UI) project. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java technologies along with solid frontend development skills. Experience working on state government projects, especially UI systems, is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications for the UI project.
• Work on both backend services and frontend user interfaces.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven features where applicable.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in all ceremonies.
• Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain documentation.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java development .
• Hands-on expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA .
• Proficiency in frontend technologies:
  • Angular
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs .
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services .
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Hands-on experience with Docker (containerization).
• Experience with Kubernetes (container orchestration).
• Understanding of microservices architecture .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Unemployment Insurance (UI) systems or State Government projects .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization .
• Exposure to Agile methodologies .

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in application modernization projects .
