Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Troy, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a brand-new FQHC clinic opening in April 2026
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Fully outpatient practice with no hospital responsibilities
• Structured scheduling templates with capped daily volumes
• Administrative time added as patient panel grows
• Collaborative leadership team with strong physician support
• Mission-driven community health environment focused on access to care

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday Schedule
• Some Sites Offer Four 10-Hour Day Work Weeks
• 15-20 Patients Per Day
• Administrative Time Added Once Provider Reaches 200 Patients Per Month
• Call Approximately One Week Per Year
• Phone and Text Call Only
• No Weekend Clinic Responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $275,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED

Preferred:
• Outpatient primary care experience
• Community health or FQHC experience
• Experience caring for patients across the lifespan
• Team-based care experience
