Location: St. Louis, MO (On-Site)

Schedule: 8:30 AM — 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and after regular business hours as needed

Compensation: $55,000 — $85,000

We're looking for an Information Systems Administrator who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and taking ownership of technology issues from start to finish.

This role serves as the primary IT contact for employees across the organization and will support Microsoft 365 administration, device management, onboarding, vendor coordination, and day-to-day technology support.

What You'll Do

• Provide desktop and helpdesk support for employees
  
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, and user accounts
  
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
  
• Deploy and maintain computers, mobile devices, and equipment
  
• Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers
  
• Support endpoint security, networking, printers, and connectivity
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues independently
  
• Help improve technology processes and user experience
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of desktop support, systems administration, or IT generalist experience
  
• Microsoft 365 administration experience
  
• Intune or endpoint management experience
  
• User onboarding and offboarding experience
  
• Experience managing hardware and technology assets
  
• Vendor management and issue resolution experience
  
• Basic networking and security troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
  

Preferred Experience

• Transportation, logistics, healthcare, or similar industries
  
• Microsoft Copilot or AI tools
  
• MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments
  
• Zoho CRM or CXT TMS
  
• Cybersecurity or security administration exposure
