Programmatic Media Buyer

To support a growing digital media agency, the full-time remote Programmatic Media Buyer will manage the execution of programmatic campaigns, including setup, trafficking, quality control, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance goals are met. Key responsibilities: Build and launch programmatic campaigns in DSP platforms, ensuring adherence to workflow standards and QA checklists Conduct QA reviews, track campaign performance, and identify delivery issues or inefficiencies Assist in executing optimization changes and support reporting teams by organizing campaign data and documenting performance metrics Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in programmatic media, ad operations, or performance marketing Working knowledge of at least one major DSP platform (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) Strong attention to detail with experience using pacing trackers and QA checklists Basic understanding of targeting controls, bidding logic, and campaign performance indicators Interest in growing programmatic expertise and optimization skills
